lib.ivtools.general (date)

Hi. 
I have a Redhat 9.0 system, and have tried to install ivtools as per 
instructions. The compilation goes OK, but for example idraw, 
and other 
programs fail to start since library files cannot be found. I read the 
other help files and found a similar question from 2002, Message: 7632248.
I did "ldd -r ./a.out" for idraw's a.out file and get the following:
(directory is:)

The file does exist, and is linked in:

/usr/local/lib/libUniIdraw.so.1.1.2
/usr/local/lib/libUniIdraw.so

I'd really appreciate some help!
